No. 98 Boutique Hotel occupies a Grade II listed Georgian townhouse on Weymouth's Esplanade, directly opposite the Jubilee Clock Tower. This nine-bedroom property features five sea-facing rooms with views of Weymouth Bay and four courtyard-facing rooms. All rooms include ensuite shower rooms (except the Superior King Suite which has a bath), complimentary tea and coffee facilities with cafetieres, hairdryers, TVs, and crisp white bed linen. The Deluxe King Room offers a balcony with uninterrupted bay views.
Fresh Cooked Breakfast
The hotel serves breakfast cooked to order using local farm produce, including a full English breakfast with award-winning sausages. Meals are served in the ground-floor lounge/dining area that overlooks Weymouth Bay. There is no other onsite restaurant, but numerous dining options are within walking distance.
Coastal Exploration Base
The hotel provides free WiFi access throughout and has a shared lounge area. It serves primarily as a base for exploring the Jurassic Coastline, with no additional leisure facilities onsite. Weymouth Beach is directly across the street, and the property is surrounded by coastal walking routes and historical sites.
Central Seafront Location
Situated at 98 The Esplanade, the hotel is 15 meters from the Jubilee Clock Tower and directly opposite Weymouth Beach. Weymouth Harbour is a 5-minute walk, and the train station is 2 minutes away. The property is near the Kings Statue (0.5 km), Weymouth D-Day Port Memorial (0.3 km), and SEA LIFE Centre Weymouth (1.5 km). Portland Bill lighthouse is a 20-minute drive, and Lulworth Cove is 30 minutes by car. No onsite parking is available, but the Royal Yard car park in Gloucester Mews is directly behind the hotel.
