All rooms include ensuite shower rooms (except the Superior King Suite which has a bath), complimentary tea and coffee facilities with cafetieres, hairdryers, TVs, and crisp white bed linen. The Deluxe King Room offers a balcony with uninterrupted bay views.

Portland Bill lighthouse is a 20-minute drive, and Lulworth Cove is 30 minutes by car. No onsite parking is available, but the Royal Yard car park in Gloucester Mews is directly behind the hotel.

The property has five steps at the entrance and stairs throughout (no elevator), though one ground-floor room is available for less mobile guests. Luggage storage is provided.
