No. 98 Boutique Hotel occupies a Grade II listed Georgian townhouse on Weymouth's Esplanade, directly opposite the Jubilee Clock Tower. This nine-bedroom property features five sea-facing rooms with views of Weymouth Bay and four courtyard-facing rooms. All rooms include ensuite shower rooms (except the Superior King Suite which has a bath), complimentary tea and coffee facilities with cafetieres, hairdryers, TVs, and crisp white bed linen. The Deluxe King Room offers a balcony with uninterrupted bay views.
Fresh Cooked Breakfast
The hotel serves breakfast cooked to order using local farm produce, including a full English breakfast with award-winning sausages. Meals are served in the ground-floor lounge/dining area that overlooks Weymouth Bay. There is no other onsite restaurant, but numerous dining options are within walking distance.

a stay to remember
really good welcome fine room great breakfast
The owner's welcome was really good. He were really nice too assist us, sharing valuable insights about the local area. the room was fine! i slept soundly. the breakfast was great. I loved it. it was a good start to each day, filled with warmth and attentive service
The standard double rooms were quite compact. I found it a bit challenging to move around freely, i kept bumping my leg on the bed's edge when i tried to reach the toilet. the limited space was a minor inconvenience .

The breakfast was fantastic! i enjoyed the fresh, locally sourced produce. The fruit compote and yogurt were delicious, and the variety on the breakfast menu was excellent. the service was attentive, and i felt pampered during each morning's meal.

Really good Hospitality and Attention to Detail
immaculate hotel best breakfast extensive knowledge peaceful stay
The hotel was immaculate throughout, and breakfast was the BEST I have ever had in a hotel. Everything was cooked to order and served by Derek. He has extensive knowledge of the local area (i liked his stories and the menu quiz). The stay was very peaceful and relaxing.
The bathroom was tiny. It was a bit awkward to move around, I found.

Our Beautiful King Room included comfortable bedding. The decor had calm seaside theme. The room was spotlessly clean and well maintained.

Freshly prepared breakfast was served daily to order (the presentation was beautiful). The owners provided recommendations for local restaurants. The hotel has parking just behind the building with reasonable prices.

The hotel is centrally located. The hotel is right on the seafront. It is close to local attractions. I also found easy access to nearby parking, convenient.

the breakfast was acceptable with fresh local produce.
I encountered issues regarding the room size. It felt very cramped. i kept bumping my leg on the edge of the bed trying to navigate to the toilet. the double bed also seemed shorter than a standard size, appearing intentionally undersized to fit the small room.
